LUXINTEC, S.L. (hereinafter LUXINTEC ) with registered address at C/ Atlas 12-14 Polígono Industrial La Encomienda, 47195 Arroyo de la Encomienda Valladolid (Spain) with CIF B47586805 makes available on its website www.luxintec.com certain contents of an informative nature about its activities.

These general conditions govern solely and exclusively the use of the LUXINTEC website by USERS who access it. These general conditions are displayed to the USER on the website www.luxintec.com on each and every page and each time a USER enters their details on the existing forms, so that they may read, print, file and accept them via the Internet, and the USER may not effectively enter their details without this acceptance having taken place.

1.1.- The use of the LUXINTEC website does not require the USER to register, except if the USER wishes to use the database of articles available at www.luxintec.com where it will be necessary to register by filling in a basic form, this subscription will be governed by the specific general conditions. The conditions of access and use of this website are strictly governed by current legislation and by the principle of good faith, and the USER undertakes to make good use of the website. All acts that violate the legality, rights or interests of third parties are prohibited: the right to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, etc. LUXINTEC expressly prohibits the following:

1.1.1.- Carrying out actions that may cause any type of damage to LUXINTEC's systems or to third parties on the website or through the same by any means whatsoever.

1.1.2.- To carry out, without due authorisation, any type of advertising or commercial information directly or covertly, sending mass mailings ("spamming") or sending large messages with the aim of blocking network servers ("mail bombing").

1.2.- UXINTEC may interrupt access to its website at any time if it detects any use contrary to the law, good faith or these general terms and conditions - see clause five..

SECOND - CONTENTS.- The contents included in this website have been created and included by LUXINTEC using internal and external sources:

2.2.- LUXINTEC reserves the right to modify the contents of its website at any time.

The use of the LUXINTEC trademark, which includes both the name and the logo, by any means by others is prohibited, except with the express consent of LUXINTEC. All rights reserved. Furthermore, the LUXINTEC website - the contents, programming and design of the website - are fully protected by copyright, and any reproduction, communication, distribution and transformation of the aforementioned protected elements is expressly prohibited without the express consent of LUXINTEC

FOURTH - JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW - These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts of Valladolid are competent to resolve any controversy or conflict arising from these general conditions, and the USER expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him/her.

FIFTH - In the event that any clause of this document is declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these conditions. LUXINTEC may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which shall in no case imply the waiver of the same unless expressly recognised by LUXINTEC.

PROTECTION DATA CLAUSE

• According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these (RGPD), as well as in the Spanish regulation in force in this matter, and with respect to the data that identify you as a client or contact, we inform you that you gave us your consent and, therefore, the data will be treated with the purpose of maintaining professional and/or commercial relations.
• Your data are incorporated into the Data Protection System of LUXINTEC, S. L., with CIF B-47586805, and address at C / Atlas 12-14, Polígono Industrial La Encomienda, Arroyo de la encomienda, Valladolid (Spain).
• They will be conserved during the time that the consent lasts, or in its absence, the legal time established for each of the contractual obligations.
• We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access to the data, its rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation of its treatment or portability thereof as established in the RGPD. You can exercise these rights in writing at the postal or electronic address that appears at the end of the clause, along with a copy of your ID.
• LUXINTEC will in no case be responsible for the legality, veracity and accuracy of the personal data provided. In the event of changes in the data, the notification of such modifications to LUXINTEC will be your sole responsibility. This consent is free, unequivocal and specific for the treatments where you have expressed affirmatively, having been informed of the possibility of withdrawing your consent at any time. This withdrawal will not affect the treatments prior to it. For this revocation of consent, or any other query, you must communicate in writing, attaching a photocopy of your ID, to LUXINTEC’s address previously indicated or to luxintec@luxintec.com.
• Also we inform you of your right to file a claim with the Control Authority, Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
